An MRI is the scan done lying inside a large tube — not an X-ray or a CT scan.
Has the doctor gone over the MRI results with you?
Only if you have already sat down with a doctor and discussed what the scan showed.
Has your doctor referred you to a specialist?
For example pain management, an orthopedic doctor, a neurologist, or a surgeon.
Who have you been referred to?
A name is best, but the type of doctor helps too if you are not sure — we can take it from there.
